Join me in this practical and informative workshop and learn GUA SHA ancient therapeutic modality.
Treat yourselves to a blissful afternoon of tension-releasing facial massage and sculpting, followed by serene sound bath for the ultimate relaxation. We’ll begin with a short, grounding meditation before moving into a Gua Sha masterclass for the face.
You’ll learn how to use pressure points and massage techniques to release tension on facial muscles, neck, and head, assisting natural lifting and sculpting.
After a brief break to enjoy a herbal tea we’ll settle in to find stillness and relaxation, while being bathed in beautiful, calming sound.
