The art of facial GUA SHA & JADE ROLLER workshop

Join me in this practical and informative workshop and learn about this ancient therapeutic modality.

In these teachings we will honour the Traditional Oriental Medicine origins of Gua Sha.

Just like all Oriental traditional treatments, gua sha was primarily a health care practice addressing internal imbalances which of course manifest externally also through our face and skin.  Due to its therapeutic application, gua sha works on meridians and acupressure points, making it a health treatment as well as a beauty treatment, if used with that intention.

WHAT WILL I NEED FOR THE WORKSHOP?

In this workshop we will use a Jade Gua-Sha board (other crystals are fine if that's what you have) and Jade Roller.
